Prices are per day and per person. They include: rooms with services, air conditioned, TV-SAT, telephone, safe, lift, car-park. Breakfast buffet , choice menu of meat and fish , vegetables buffet. Private beach with 1 sun umbrella, 1 beach-bed and 1 deck-chair per room.
 
For stays shorter than 3 days a 5 euro a day supplement will be applied (for Room with Breakfast service only).

Prices contained in the contract are exlusive of any local administration tourist taxes, which must be paid by the guest, as well as any increases in taxes as set down by law.

Chek in from 13.00 a.m.- Chek out at 10.00 a.m.: The room is available from 13.00 a.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

In the event of premature departure date, will be charged the entire period of the room occupied.

The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 200.00 euros per room as a deposit.
